I love spinach, it is so tasty and pack full of fiber and protein. I love food that taste great and have all the wonderful things for my body in them. Did you know spinach also has cancer fighting elements to it? It's a wonder food.
Allens has some of the tastiest canned spinach I have eaten. Not to mention that I love Popeye so of course I love their Popeye spinach. They also have the Freshlike spinach. Both are so good. I am a big fan of both. My favorite way to eat canned spinach is pour them in a pan and heat them up and then add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. So good...

This mobile widget is designed to enhance the shopping experience by
acting as a meal-planning companion and grocery list for consumers. By

than 400 hundred of recipes by brand, and then by what type of meal to
be prepared, i.e. chicken, soup, etc.
Once a meal is chosen, the recipe is displayed and can be adjusted to
display the look of an interactive grocery list. Each item is placed
next to a check off box for after the item has been added to the
consumers shopping cart. This new feature allows users to better
understand the family of brands’ overall vision of the family dining
experience.

How cool is that? I love apps that make it easier for me to figure out what is for dinner. I made the Popeye Spinach Balls to go with dinner one night and they were super easy and absolutely delicious. Make sure you always have some Allens brand spinach in your pantry. It is so versatile.
