I have a few
Ozeri pans and they are some of my favorite pans out of all
the pans I have. This
wok is no different. I love the depth and how
wide it is. While I do use woks for cooking oriental food, we often use
them for browning meat since we do bulk cooking often so we have left
overs. This pan is the perfect size for cooking 5 pounds of meat at a
time.
Since the instructions say to season the pan with an oil
before cooking I figured that cooking a big batch of hamburger in the
pan before anything else would help season the pan well since we use
73/27 beef. It seemed to work well and my meat came out perfect. It is
oven safe too which is awesome because you never know when you will
want to finish a dish in the oven.

I love the pans weight; it is
heavy without being so heavy you think you are handling cast iron. The
handle is very comfortable in my hand, the under curve of the handle is
just right.

Cleaning the
pan is easy; I just wipe it out with a
soft sponge and mild dish soap. I never put my non-stick pans in the
dishwasher although it is dishwasher safe. The pan came with a pad for
storage to help prevent damage when not in use. I thought that was
awesome.
Ozeri has proved once again that it truly has superior
products to other products I have tried. This is my new go-to brand
when I need a new
fabulous pan for my kitchen.
I have received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
