Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil Giveaway

I recently had the privilege to try Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil, and I can't wait to tell you how great it is!  My three boys ages 6, 3, and 2 loved it as well!  I have been using the coconut oil as a substitute for all our oils when cooking or baking. I have also used it as a substitute for butter in recipes as well.

What amazed me was that even though I am not a big fan of coconut at all, this oil adds so much flavor to your food. I would have to say my household’s favorite meal that I made while cooking with Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil was a vegetable stir fry.  The coconut flavor was not too strong of a taste, but it was the right amount to make the vegetable stir fry to taste delicious. And like I stated early, we are not a big fan of coconut, but this stuff is great! Another thing that came out great was my egg white omelet.   I coated the pan in the Tropical Traditions Coconut oil to pan fry the onions, green peppers, and tomatoes. After that, I cooked the egg whites in it as well. It added just the right amount of zest to the egg whites.
