Wantable Makeup Box

When I was younger I never really wore much makeup but as I have gotten older I have started wearing more.  I love to try new products because I am still experimenting with different shades and types of makeup.

I was thrilled when I got my Wantable box.  Wantable is a mail order makeup and accessories monthly subscription box that I am now in love with.  The thing I like most, besides the goodies, is that your box is personalized to you.  When you sign up you take a style quiz that tells them your "likes" and "dislikes" and what you are neutral about and then creates your box based on your answers.  So if you don't like liquid eyeliner or red lipstick then you wont get any!

After the style quiz was the hardest part......waiting for the box to get here.  When it did I didn't waste any time opening it up and taking a peek at my goodies.  I tell you, I was like a little kid on Christmas.  I was super excited with what I saw inside.

What I got:
Peepers Sterling Eyeshadow by Darla
Liberty Republic FAKE IT S&M Lashes
Eyelash adhesive (yes even included the glue!)
Manna Kadar Patty Cakes Lip Glaze
Glam Girl Matchbox Emery Files
Girlactik Beauty Precise Marker Liner

I was amazed at the products included in my box were items that I would actually use.  The fake lashes though I apparently am really bad at and tend to fight to get them on my eye crooked, much less straight.  So I haven't really worn those yet.  I think I need more practice.  But it is something I was interested in so I didn't mark it as something I didnt' want.  The eyeliner marker is really neat but again I need practice because I have issues getting a straight, EVEN line where I want it.  The eyeshadow is perfect and the emery boards are great to have in my purse.

My Wantable box was beyond my expectations.  WOW!

Wantable boxes would make a great Holiday gift so check them out and order today.

Jerry's Artarama

You can never have too many crayons, colored pencils, paints, or other art supplies.  At least I don't think so.  I love to do crafts with my Munchkins, scrap booking, and other crafts.  I try to keep my craft room stocked with all different types of items so that when we spontaneously decide to have some crafting or coloring fun then I have all the materials and don't have to run to the store.  After all if you have to run to the store to get materials it isn't as spontaneous, is it?

I have recently learned of a site that has good quality art supplies for great prices.  Jerry's Artarama is a national retailer of arts materials and supplies headquartered in Raleigh, N.C., with 15 physical locations throughout the United States and an online store.  Jerry's Artarama carries over 70,000 high quality art materials and you can save with all of it, up to 75% off traditional retail prices.  Now that is a great deal of savings.  I love that they have options for those that are beginners all the way to those that are master artist.  They even have products that are great for kids.

I got the First Impressions Art Studio and it is amazing!  There is so much stuff in this kit that it can keep the Munchkins busy for hours.  The kit includes 24 transparent watercolor cakes, 2 plastic lids for color mixing, 1 paint brush, 1 eraser, 1 pencil sharpener, 10 water based markers, 15 oil pastels, and 24 colored pencils.  I love that it is all organized in a sturdy aluminum case with clear plastic sides.  The case is great for taking your art supplies on the go, like to Grandma's but more importantly it keeps the supplies organized and protected.

The Munchkins absolutely love the kit and all the materials are fantastic!  Anything from Jerry's Artarama would make an excellent Holiday Gift!

Connect with Jerry's Artarama on their blog, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google +.

Want one for your little ones?  Have your eye on something else on the site?  Well Jerry's Artarama and I have you covered.  Jerry's Artarama has been awesome enough to offer a $25 e-gift card for a giveaway!  So make sure you enter below to win!

Glow Bug Cloth Diaper

Cloth diapers are getting more and more popular.  There are many reasons to use cloth diapers including better for the environment and ultimately cheaper than disposables.

Cloth diapers have gotten better and better.  They are now easier, cheaper, and cuter than ever.  Glow Bug Cloth Diapers are a one size fits all diaper.  This means you buy a  batch before baby is born and then you can use those same diapers all the way through potty training.  This is much better than having to replace babies diapers ever few months as they grow because they outgrew their other cloth diapers that are only for a small age group or size.

Glow Bugs even have a Revolutionary 360° Gusset which delivers 360 degree protection.  No more messy leaks!  That is great news.

The diapers have double rows of snaps for a perfect grip!  They even feature overlapping snaps to ensure a great fit for even newborns.  The snaps aren't just a plain white snap either, they are color coordinated to the diaper print.  And Glow Bug has some adorable prints for boys, girls, and uni prints.

The  insert itself is amazing.  It is super absorbent and snaps onto the diaper to prevent bunching and they even snap to each other so if you need to double up at night or for easy storage.

Make sure you check out Glow Bug Diapers on Facebook and Twitter.
