Free Haircuts for Breat Cancer Survivors at JCPenny

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and JCPenny is giving FREE styles and haircuts to breast cancer survivors all October.  They don't stop there though.  They will also donate $1 to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (up to $50,000) to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  Yet they go even further by allowing customers to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar for donation as well.
