Ham Cresent Rolls

This is one of my family's favorite meals.  It is easy to make and super delicious.  This recipe is perfect for even the most novice cooks and the pickiest eaters.

Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 TBSP honey, divided
1 TBSP minced green onions
1 (8 count) package crescent rolls
24 slices thinly sliced ham (I like to use honey ham)
1 TBSP mustard
1/4 c Mayo

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, 1 TBSP honey, and the green onions.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together 1 TBSP honey, the mayo, and the mustard until well mixed
  4. Cut ham in half, as close to triangles as you can get.
  5. Separate the crescents into the precut triangles.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the crescent dough
  7. Lay 3 slices of ham over the cream cheese mixture on each crescent
  8. Spoon a bit of the may mixture over the ham and spread around
  9. Roll up crescents starting from the wide side, place on ungreased baking sheet.  Make sure to space them as bit so they have room to rise
  10. Bake for 25 mins or until rolls are golden brown

Tips and notes:
  • You can add 1/4 c crushed pineapple (drained) to the mayo mixture to add more sweetness or to make it "Hawaiian"
  • Make extra mayo mixture for a delicious dipping sauce
  • You can add more or less ham depending on your preference
  • Use turkey instead of ham
  • Cut the crescents smaller to make appetizer size
