Kate is a military wife that loves cooking!  She had a dream to open up her own restaurant one day, but with being a military wife she wouldn't be in one place long enough to do so.  Since she wouldn't be able she came up with the plan of Kate's thoughts for food.  It allows her to be able to share her love with cooking no matter where you may live.
